Previous day’s support for gbp-usd (1.8346, 1.8273 and 1.8213) was broken. This morning when I was calculating pivot for today’s forex signal, price was at around 1.8050. It was far below the -40pips level (1.8126). As to the signal rules, I’m still expecting a retracement to that 1.8126 price level.
Asiding the signal, I’m expecting a double bottom at 1.7960. If cable get support here, I will expect a retracement up to 1.8126. If not, I will expect a short trade to 1.7879 (today’s support/S1).
